We offer a variety of classes ranging from gentle, meditative, and slow classes to strength and energy building flows. To meet your comfort and scheduling needs, our classes are both virtual and online. Additionally, we offer some pop-up outdoor classes and donation classes. Our instructors are qualified, professional, and eager to meet you.

Our On-Demand library features full-length classes from Elemental teachers, as well as shorter asana, pranayama, and meditation videos. The On-Demand Library is included in the cost of monthly membership or can be purchased separately with a monthly subscription.




Practices Designed Just for You

Experience a yoga style and sequence tailored to your physical, mental and emotional needs and receive individual guidance, direction and support for your practice. We will design a private class for any size group.

 

 

F.A.Q.

We recommend a gentle or slow flow class if you’ve never tried yoga. We also offer Introduction to Yoga classes frequently throughout the year.

 

 

Yoga requires no specific wear. Dress comfortably in clothes that won’t restrict movement. We also recommend items that won’t ride up in down dog or billow over your head in folds. 




Yoga is most comfortably done barefoot. The souls of the feet are meant to guide our movement. Shoes tear up mats and socks are slippery. Socks with grips on the bottom or yoga footies work well if you prefer not to be barefoot.

 

 

We have mats and all of the props you need available at no charge. When you are ready to purchase your own equipment, we love to share suggestions about our favorite products.

Flexibility isn’t a yes or a no question. All bodies are built differently, so there is no ideal flexibility. All of our instructors meet students where they are and offer props and modifications for students to access poses.
